        Dear  Classdigitools participants,

Welcome to EVO 2012! We are a very exciting group of educators from different corners of the world anxious to start learning, sharing, interacting and making connections. We are very pleased to have reached more than 350 participants so far!

Newcomers and old acquaintances, WELCOME!

Take your time to browse around, and explore our spaces.

Start with our wiki, our roadmap, our weekly guide. There, you'll have a detailed view of the proposed tasks.

Explore our communication platform, interact with other participants at http://edmodo.com  and learn about a platform which could be used with your own students in the future.

Meet the moderators http://youtu.be/4Fxnqcfw2rY .

If you need any help, leave us a message at HELPDESK and we'll get back to you.

Just to give you an idea of the international group we are, this week participants have added themselves to our map. Check it out at http://g.co/maps/9tmfz . In week 1, we're going to introduce ourselves, establish bonds and socialize. If it's your first time at EVO, relax and take your time feeling the platforms. This is not a regular course, it is an online session in which lots of informal learning, connections take place. It is a sharing space, so take your time and do whatever you feel will add to your learning experience.

This Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 13:00 GMT Jeff Lebow hosts the annual Kickoff Webcast for the 2012 EVO Electronic Village Online sessions    http://webheadsinaction.org/live
This annual event features EVO moderators who come online to tell us about their sessions listed here:

Take this opportunity to network, to exchange ideas and learn. If, by any chance, you feel lost (which is a common feeling in the beginning), please, get in touch with one of our team members and ask for help. We're around to help you make this a rewarding and enriching experience.

Cheers,
The Classdigitools Team
